Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide Free Shipping in ES, US, AU and UK including tariffs.

Important Note: Due to recent adjustments in US tariff policies, packages shipped to the United States may be subject to additional customs duties levied by US authorities upon import. These potential charges are separate from our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient).

How long does shipping take?​

What countries do you ship to?​

We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Australia freely. Check availability by entering your address at checkout.

Can I modify my order?​

Contact us at ​​contact@orientoarte.com​​ within 4 hours of purchase for changes. After this period, orders enter production and can’t be altered.

How can I track my order?

After purchasing, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the tracking number and order number.

You can track your order through TRACK MY ORDER. Simply enter your tracking number into the tracking portal to view the status of your order.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?​

  • Window: 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Conditions: Unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Personalized/custom items are final sales.

When will I get my refund?​

Refunds process within 7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive email confirmation at each stage.

What if my item arrives damaged?​

Contact us (contact@orientoarte.com) within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, a one-year warranty applies to all our lamps (excluding bulbs).
